Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email (info@cilanze.com) before the 14-day period expires.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please keep proof of shipment until your refund has been completed.

Returned goods must be handled only to the extent necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning — as you would in a physical store. If the goods show signs of use beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount for any resulting loss in value.

Goods must be packaged carefully to avoid damage during transport.

We will process returned products within 5 working days of receipt (excluding weekends). Refunds will be made using the original payment method.


Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  3. Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning, resulting in diminished value.
